In 1984, David Biddulph started Market Force Corporation from a bedroom in Central Florida, compiling data on new businesses from public records. What began as a local service tracking a thousand new businesses a month grew into the nation's most comprehensive new business database. Four decades later, the company's first two national customers, American Express and Deluxe, are clients to this day.
First Ad Wins is what that database does when it stops waiting for a list to be bought: the filing goes from the state to the owner's inbox and mailbox, the same day, with every response attributed.
